Online Businesses. Be The Next Mega-Rich Superstar
One thing I've been noticing in today's trying times. People are looking at more and more on how to make money online. I have been making money online in some form, consistently now since 2008. There are many ways to make money in this manner. Everything from buying and selling products from classified ads, auctions and product returns. To self-publishing your own books, opening an online store, drop-shipping, starting a YouTube channel, creating an app or software program, Affiliate marketing, creating an online course, becoming an influencer/social media personality, blogger, or even what I'm doing with this site, helping people out and so forth (yes I make money through this site). You can actually make a good living doing this, so much so, that towards the end of 2017 I packed it all in, and started living what is now called the laptop lifestyle 100%, and never looked back. The laptop lifestyle is where you making your living from your computer or laptop.
All of the online ventures I've have done, made money. Some I've made more money than others. Some I just barely broke even with. But I have never lost any money on an online venture. One thing I have found with the online businesses that I've done, that goes for all of them. You need to treat it like any other business in order to be successful, and you have to give it time. What I mean by this. Most people will treat an online business as something that they can do, just a couple of hours a week, and they expect to be profitable right out of the gate. This is so untrue. The more time and effort you put into your online venture. The better chance you will likely succeed and make money. My most successful online ventures are the ones I treated like a full-time job. I put the hours in regularly every day, sometimes 10 plus hours a day, 5-6 days a week. Anything less than this type of commitment. Well, like any other business that you don't go full throttle at. Chances are it will fail, or never reach its full potential. But there is always the exception, and you will have a better chance of winning the lottery than being the exception.
What online businesses would I recommend? Honestly, I don't know your situation and won't recommend any to you. Because what would be good in my situation, might not be good in yours. There are so many online businesses out there to do. What I do recommend though is do your research and plan, plan, plan, before doing anything. I will pass this little bit of information on to you though. One of the best free research platforms out there that I've found is YouTube. Over the years I have learnt so much off of YouTube, it feels like I've earned a university degree.
If you are looking at starting or have just started an online. business Here are somethings that I would recommend.
1- Become an expert in your chosen field. If you're an expert in your field, it builds credibility and will make it harder for anyone to rip you off.
2- Do your research and plan plan plan. Researching is very critical in any business venture. know your market and customer base and go after it. Plan your path to success. Plan the steps you are to take, even if they are baby steps. Build success slowly and with a purpose, and a goal in mind
3- Be disciplined committed and dedicated. Work the business for results. Don't just sit back and expect results. Nothing will happen unless you work for it, and make it happen.
4- Don't invest money in any gurus or get rich formulas. You might get some useful tips and tricks, but they aren't sharing anything that you cant find for free online.
5-Become a master of online researching – It's free, except for your time
6- Don t expect to become rich or replace your existing income for quite a while. It takes time to build up an income. Like any business venture, Put the time in and it will happen.
7- Be consistent. Dedicate certain times of the day, and days of the week that you will work your business, no matter that type of business it is, you need consistency.
7- Be smart about it. Spend your money wisely and don't be afraid to take some steps backwards pivot, or, if things go south real bad, shut it down. There is nothing worse than seeing someone chase a business venture or dream that no matter what they do, just will not work out.
9- Always be truthful. If someone asks for your opinion on what they are doing. Tell them straight up, your opinion, good or bad. Never give them false encouragement. There is nothing worse than someone giving false encouragement, and when that individual fails. They then turn around and say, well I kinda knew it wasn't a good idea. Save someone's time money and effort, and contribute to their success. Tell the truth in your opinion. If you disagree, disagree in a nice way. The formula I use is to say something positive, get to the negatived with a positive.
Its no how many times you fail that count. Its how many times you get back up and try again that counts, and will carry you to the path of success in life
