First off, I would like to welcome you to my Blog. So what will you find here, Well all the info you will find on this Blog, is based on my own experiences in life. Just like my Bio says, I’ve been the guy at the top, and the guy at the bottom. I’ve come close to bankruptcy, and turned things around and achieved success, I’ve been the grunt, as well as the company owner, I’ve had business failures, and built a multi-million dollar company. I’ve lived in 3 countries, owned property in 2 countries I’ve worked for large corporations, as well as the small guy. I just barely graduated high school, and then turned around and graduated from 3 colleges and 1 university. I’ve worked in manufacturing, retail, and the public service industry under a government contract and more
I plan to share my experiences when it comes to living life. Everything from learning how to budget money, Buying Real estate, figuring out where your money is going, Living Cheaply, Basic Investing, Running home based Businesses, Starting up a business to Writing a business plan, How to buy a vehicle (Including Financing tips and tricks), The dreaded job interview to Credit Rebuilding techniques that I’ve used (I’ve had a credit score of 437, and taken it to over 800). Everything I will be writing about, are things that I have done throughout my life, that worked for me. Though everyone’s experiences are different If you choose to follow any of these techniques that I have done, please do so at your own risk, and please do the research, because if you fail to plan, then you plan to fail.
How did I learn all this, well basically I am self taught, But I’ve had a few key people advise me along the way. It all started when I was 24. I needed to replace my vehicle, so what better way to secure a loan, and also to start building equity than to apply for a combination RRSP (Registered Retirement Savings Plan) and a car loan together. Well to make a long story short. I dealt with the bank manger, and was turned down. After this loan refusal, The bank manager who shortly after, became a financial consultant, would turn into a very close friend of mine. In business right around the same time. I was approached at work, to see if I was interested in dealing in some white powder stuff on the side. Turned out the white powder was laundry soap, and the company was an MLM (Multi Level Marketing) company called Amway. Since those 2 fateful incidents, I’ve have a keen interest in personal finances and business.
So enough about all this, and lets get down to living life, living free.
